Ticket Information

To enter The Thermal Club, you must present a valid ticket. Before arriving, make sure you have one of the following ready:

  • Digital Ticket: Download your ticket from the email confirmation and add it to your digital wallet for easy access.
  • Printed Ticket: If you do not use a digital wallet, you can print a PDF version of your ticket from the email confirmation.
  • Email Confirmation: If you are unable to download or print your ticket, you may present the email confirmation containing the QR code at the gate for scanning.

Yes! To ensure a smooth entry and experience at The Thermal Club, follow these steps before race day:

  1. Download Your Ticket: Access your ticket from the email confirmation you received.
  2. Save to Your Digital Wallet: If you have a digital wallet, add the ticket for easy retrieval.
  3. Print a Backup (if needed): If you don’t use a digital wallet, print a PDF version of your ticket.
  4. Keep Your Email Confirmation Handy: You can also present the email containing your ticket’s QR code at the gate if necessary.

If you cannot locate your tickets, please contact Universe Support from the email address associated with your order. Click HERE to submit a request.

Yes, but tickets can only be transferred once the order has been fully paid. If your order is on a payment plan, it must be paid in full before transferring.

  • You can transfer ownership from your Universe account (tickets must be transferred individually).
  • Transfers cannot be undone, and any order with a transferred ticket becomes non-refundable.

Grandstand seating is available for General Admission pass holders. VIP guests will have access to designated seating and viewing areas based on their ticket tier. For specific VIP seating locations, please inquire with a team member upon arrival.

Yes, ADA seating will be available at the venue.

Water bottles will be available all day.
Coffee will be available from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the Retail Store.
Food will be available for purchase from a variety of food trucks. (Food truck sponsorship details coming soon!)

Parking & Transportation

General parking is located at 62nd Avenue & Tyler Street.

Yes, daily parking is included with your ticket.

Yes, shuttles will be available to transport guests between the Grandstands and the Paddock.

ADA parking is available in the General Admission Lot, with ADA shuttles to transport guests to and from the race.

The designated drop-off and pick-up location for all ride-share services, including Uber and Lyft, is near the General Parking area at 62nd Avenue & Tyler Street. Please use this location for the most convenient access to and from the event.

VIP parking is accessed through the main gate of The Thermal Club on Tyler Street. Upon arrival, security personnel will direct VIP guests to the designated parking area.

Additional Information

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers, is not permitted in the grandstands. Designated smoking areas will be marked on the venue map.

Yes! Fans are welcome to explore the paddock throughout the weekend.

  • The best times to visit the IndyCar paddock are after on-track practice or qualifying sessions, when the area is most active.

For minor injuries and first aid, the Medical Area is located near the GA entrance, on the north side of the Pit Stop area. Look for the medical sign.

Prohibited and Allowed Items

The following is a complete list of allowed items:

  • Binoculars, scanners, and headsets (must be in a case)
  • Small purses (max size: 6” x 6” x 6”)
  • Clear plastic, vinyl, or carry bags (max size: 12” x 6” x 12”)
  • Point-and-shoot, film, or DSLR cameras
  • Service animals ONLY (trained to assist an individual with a disability)
  • Outside food (must fit in a one-gallon clear plastic bag)
  • Personal-sized umbrellas
  • Medically necessary prescribed medications (e.g., EpiPens, asthma inhalers)
  • Strollers, small diaper bags, baby bottles, and essential baby supplies (subject to inspection)
  • Seat cushions (no carrying cases or pockets)
  • Mobility aid devices (guests are responsible for securing unattended items)
  • Blankets

The following is a list of all prohibited items:

  • Weapons (even with a permit – violation is a felony under CA Penal Code 12020-12040)
  • Beverages (except baby formula)
  • Radios, TVs, or noise-producing devices
  • Coolers
  • Bicycles
  • Signs, banners, or posters
  • Aerosol cans (including sunscreen)
  • Drones or aerial devices
  • Fireworks, flares, or lasers
  • Glass containers
  • Illegal drugs, substances, or paraphernalia (including marijuana)
  • Collapsible Chairs
